Microneedling is not recommended for people with active skin conditions such as acne, severe psoriasis or eczema; patients with a history of keloid scarring; pregnant or breastfeeding womens; individuals who have recently undergone surgery or other major skin treatments; individuals with active infections or autoimmune disorders.

You may experience some bruising, redness or tightness of the skin, bleeding, peeling or itchiness. These side effects usually subside within 2-3 days, a week at most.
