ZO® 3-Step Peel™
The ZO® 3-Step Peel™ is a highly effective medium strength peel designed to provide significant skin renewal and rejuvenation. It treats more serious skin concerns such as:
– Acne and acne scarring
– Hyperpigmentation
– Rosacea
– Melasma
– Sun damage
– Enlarged pores
– Dull skin tone
– Rough or uneven skin texture
– Fine lines and wrinkles
Step 1: Peel solution is applied, which exfoliates dead skin cells, reduces oil production, and improves fine lines and discolouration. The solution contains a blend of salicylic acid, trichloracetic acid and lactic acid that deeply penetrate the skin layers and clear out pores.
Step 2: 6% Retinol Crème is applied. This accelerates cell renewal and stimulates collagen and elastin production, ultimately leading to firmer skin and improved tone.
Step 3: Calming Crème is applied. This crème contains anti-inflammatory agents and antioxidants that reduce redness, irritation, and promote healing. It also provides essential hydration to the skin and forms a protective barrier to lock in moisture and protect the newly revealed skin from environmental stressors.
While some downtime is to be expected, the ZO® 3-Step Peel™ is a powerful treatment capable of brightening the appearance and clearing away the unwanted debris that accumulates on the skin over time, setting the stage for a complexion that radiates confidence and one completely unmatched in its smoothness.
ZO® Stimulator Peel
The ZO® Stimulator Peel is a superficial peel, meaning it focuses on the gentle exfoliation of the top layer of skin, otherwise known as the epidermis.
When applied, this milder form of peel works to treat a number of common skin complaints and is unrivalled in its ability to strip away dead skin cells, stimulate cell turnover and leave patients with a healthy glow.
Prior to treatment, the skin is thoroughly cleansed to remove any makeup, oil, and impurities. The peel, containing lactic, citric and glycolic acid, is applied and left on for a few minutes. The peel solution is then neutralised and removed. Afterwards, a soothing serum or moisturiser is applied to calm the skin and provide hydration.
Affectionately known as the ‘red carpet peel’, the ZO® Stimulator Peel is a favourite among celebrities in the lead up to big events. The treatment requires no downtime, making it ideal for busy schedules.
