The painless procedure takes up to 30 minutes, depending on the size of the area treated. At your initial consultation, Dr Nabil will discuss your expectations and tailor your treatment to suit your muscles, skin, and your own preferences. We consistently aim to achieve relaxed results, leaving you looking natural yet refreshed. We will revisit your treatment at your follow-up consultation to make sure the results are meeting your expectations.
You may start to see a smoothing of fine lines in the treated area at 3-5 days post-treatment, but the results will gradually become more apparent up to 21 days later. Muscle relaxing injections have a lifting effect, opening up your face and smoothing the skin as wrinkles become less prominent. The effects of the treatment last between 3 and 6 months, and we recommend repeating the procedure every 3 to 9 months for longer-lasting results. As the muscles learn to break the habit of overexertion alongside the treatment, your skin will become more naturally smooth and refined.
